Letters To The Editor
Just when I think that Keith Malek couldn’t possibly be more brilliant, he still somehow finds a way to amaze me. Like a lot of New Yorkers, I rarely have the time to sit down and read a newspaper. But thanks to Malek’s “Journalistic Mash-Ups,” I no longer have to. Hats off to Keith Malek, the greatest journalist to have ever set foot in a newsroom.
He’s Not Helping
As a journalist, I am alarmed that the Associated Press would even consider printing Keith Malek’s “Journalistic Mash-Ups.” At a time when newspapers are widely regarded as being outdated and are on the brink of extinction, is it really wise to have half of the daily newspaper condensed into about a hundred words? Unemployment is currently at ten percent. That number is going to grow significantly unless Keith Malek is met with an assassin’s bullet.
