Cyclops Chooses To Forego Getting Lasik Surgery

MINNESOTA– Henry Solomon, a cyclops from Minneapolis, has decided that he doesn’t want to get Lasik surgery, despite the fact that he suffers from poor vision. “When you’re a cyclops, you tend to really value the one eye that you were born with,” said Solomon. “The last thing you want is someone shooting a laser into it.” Others disagree. One of those people is Felix McGillicutty, a cyclops from Athens, Georgia, who is scheduled to receive Lasik surgery in April. “On the contrary, when you only have one eye, you want to get the maximum use out of it,” said McGillicutty. “For the past year, I’ve been wearing a contact lens, and it’s a real pain in the ass.”
