Washington, D.C.– Eight-year-old Timothy Bush accompanied his Uncle George to the Center For Educational Advancement, where the president spoke about “No Child Left Behind,” a program he enacted in 2001. Much to Timothy’s surprise, his uncle left him at the event. “It wasn’t until we got into the limousine and drove about four blocks when I said, ‘Hey, where’s Timothy?’ ” said first lady Laura Bush. Secret Service agents then circled back to the Center For Educational Advancement, and found little Timothy sitting on a tree branch, playing with a yo-yo. “My uncle’s not too bright,” said Timothy.
